Beautiful Booty Flow

Get ready to sculpt that amazing Booty with these 5 toning moves! Go through this sequence 3 times with 10 second breaks in between each set.

SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT WITH WEIGHTS

15 reps each side

Using a set of light weights, lift one foot off the floor and bend forward dragging the weights down to the floor and lifting your leg in line with the torso.

FOOTBALL SQUATS

Do as many as you can in 30 seconds.

Stand with feet wider than hip distance with hand pressing as heart center. Squat down by bending your knees, pressing your Booty back and chest up. Touch elbows to tops of thighs and straighten your legs and press the weight in your heels keeping the elbows on thighs. Return to squat with bent knees. Press to stand, returning to start position.

STANDING KICK BACKS

15 reps each side.

Stand on one leg by lifting one foot off the floor towards your glute. Bend both knees. Press into your standing foot to extend the lifted leg back and torso forward.

SIDE LUNGE WITH WEIGHTS

15 reps each side

Stand with feet wide apart and weights in front of you. Point right toes slightly out and bend right knee, pressing Booty back, keeping chest forward.

SIDE LEG RAISE

15 reps each side.

Find a side plank position with bottom leg turned out. Lift top leg up to the sky, squeezing your glute.

STRAIGHT LEG PULSES

Do as many as you can in 30 seconds.

Find a forearm tabletop position. Lift one leg off the floor and squeeze your leg muscles. Pulse the heel to the ceiling while flexing the foot.

SIDE COUGAR KICK

15 reps each side.

Lie on one side. Lift the top leg off the bottom leg and bend lifted leg into chest. Take an inhale, and as you exhale fiercely kick the sky while squeezing the glute. Maybe let out a little roar like a cougar. (rawr!)
